The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas . As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will be responsible for training all assigned team members on the shift. Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training for new and existing team members, utilizing both hands-on methods and classroom-style instruction, and recommend improvements for the training program
• Supervise shifts as needed, handle disciplinary matters, ensure team member performance, and enforce all property and company policies
• Ensure timely completion of all mandated training and offer feedback on testing performance with areas for improvement
• Train team members on the use of surveillance systems and monitor daily logs and reports to address any issues
• Collaborate with property managers and directors for video reviews, monitor key operations, and testify in court as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of casino surveillance or security experience in loss prevention or related law enforcement
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, eConnect POS, Genetec VMS, and Itrak report writing system
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of P&P in all departments that handle currency as well as product and goods.
• Versed in theft techniques and knowledge of appropriate measures to take when theft is identified
• Must have a strong knowledge of cheating techniques performed at table games

• Ability to work in an indoor, loud, and dark working environment
