Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator with a strong focus on user support and automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system triage, inventory management, and maintaining SOC 2 compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with both Windows and OS X environments, as well as proficiency in O365/Exchange, Google Workspace, and SSO with SAML/SCIM. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities
User Support in Windows/OS X environments
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools
Hardware and Software Inventory Management
System Triage and Root Cause Analysis
Ensure all IT practices adhere to SOC 2 standards
Manage O365/Exchange/Google workspace provisioning, email migration, and troubleshooting
SSO Integration using SAML and SCIM protocols
HR System Administration
On-Call off hour support

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in Systems Administration or related role
Able to work Hybrid 3 Days On-Site
Windows/OSX environment support
Ability to develop and implement automation scripts and tools
