Job Description:

This Systems Analyst contractor position is part of the Administrative Applications SharePoint team and will be working to develop, implement, and support the expansion of the Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform for the implementation of the Hospice IT automation solution. This position will perform Systems Analyst/Developer duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Dataverse, Power Pages, PowerApps, Model-driven Apps, PowerApp Portals, Business Process Flows, and more.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
• 4 years of Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions.
• 4 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
• 2 years of good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
• 2 years of Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
• 2 years of experience in Agile development and sprint planning
• 2 years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
• 1 or more years of experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals
• 1 or more years of experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows
• 1 or more years of good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses
• 1 or more years of good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
• 1or more years of good understanding of Power Pages portals
