Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a global medical device manufacturing company at their Arden Hills, MN plan. This individual will be responsible for working cross-functionally with the backend, firmware, and electrical teams. Key tasks will include testing components, analyzing collected test data, and testing in RF chamber. Comfortability speaking in front of teams and proposing ideas is an integral aspect of this role. Applying critical thinking skills to solve complex systems interaction problems. Providing expertise in specific roles with telemetry and Bluetooth, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of system functionality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an electrical engineer, embedded engineer, systems engineer, or software/firmware engineer
- Experience with telemetry/BLE technology
- Experience in a medical device industry or a highly regulated environment (aerospace, food/beverage, etc)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Electromechanical device background
- Software development background
