SUMMARY: To plan, design, manage and monitor data, mobile and wireless networks and ensure reliability and functionality of the Enterprise infrastructure. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability
- Mentor junior level staff
- Specify hardware, software, topologies, communications standards and transmission media for the business goals of the organization
- Manage Data Center, including power and environmental requirements
- Emergency back-up 24x7 support of all operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Interact with the Applications Support team to coordinate reliable and efficient systems analysis and implementation
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Provide technical support for multiple networks from multiple locations

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
- 4-year degree in Computer Science and 2 years work experience, on-the-job training and/or IT certifications; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of data network protocols and hardware
- Advanced understanding of operating systems and server solutions (Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services, IIS, AD)
- Intermediate Data Networking knowledge (i.e. OSI Model, TCP/IP, Optical Networking)
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments
- VMware management in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OS Visio
- Administration of Windows Server 2008 and up
- Proficiency with Windows PowerShell
- Windows server load balancing
- Microsoft Systems Center
- Rubrik Backup systems
- Cisco VoIP Experience

Preferred:
- VMWare Certification
- Cisco Certification
