We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to seamlessly integrate our commitment to diversity and inclusion with talent acquisition and drive our recruitment strategy, developing a consistent and engaging talent acquisition program while ensuring our talent pools and workforce best reflect our communities. This role calls for a forward-thinking, energetic individual who is excited to refine processes, leverage data, implement innovative ideas, and use knowledge and expertise to drive results. This role will support our business and baseball operations at all locations and will be based at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive the recruitment and hiring process for all open full-time and part-time positions (including seasonal and Game Day roles) throughout the organization by developing and implementing strategies and goals to successfully attract top talent with a strong focus on ensuring diverse candidate slates.
• Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process, including developing effective job descriptions and postings, evaluating job candidates, responding to recruitment inquiries, scheduling and facilitating interviews, providing post-interview feedback, and overseeing the pre-employment screening process.
• Guide hiring managers in developing strategies to fill current and future staffing needs, including through effective interviewing processes, candidate selection and related best practices.
• Source candidates through various resources including new and existing partnerships with community and affinity organizations, networking, job fairs, internal and external databases, and internet searches.
• Lead the development and ongoing use of technology, systems and assessment tools to enhance the recruitment process and evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and analyze demographic data and other recruiting metrics in order to evaluate progress and provide recommendations for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
• Drive the scheduling and coordination of new hire orientations, as well as develop and implement onboarding strategy for all new hires to ensure a best-in-class experience with an eye for inclusiveness and belonging.
• Lead initiatives such as our Employee Referral Program, branding strategies, and develop alumni outreach efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in talent acquisition with responsibility for the full lifecycle of the recruitment and onboarding process
• Experience and demonstrated success in recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse workforce, and in developing diversity-focused recruitment strategies
• Experience coordinating and leveraging social media and marketing channels for recruitment efforts
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus)
• Spanish proficiency a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

The base annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
