The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, seeks to provide outstanding colleague experience. The Global Talent Acquisition function is going through a strategic recruitment transformation, deploying AI, process automation tools and modernizing recruitment infrastructure to focus on talent priorities and improve end-to-end process experience.

The GTA Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the development and advancement of reporting and recruitment analytics across multiple businesses, markets and regions. The role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, particularly OAS, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain trust while demonstrating partnerships at all levels
  • Understand our internal clients' needs and deliver value by creating appropriate data driven insights
  • Use data and analytics to create meaningful stories. Through data, provide inferences and insights to facilitate development of recruiting strategy, work force planning, see opportunities and present recurring themes.
  • Lead the creation and analysis of monthly reports on diversity-related global statistics
  • Consistently exercise discretion and good judgment, including sensitivity to confidential information, and cultural sensitivity and awareness related to individuals from wide-ranging backgrounds
  • Ensure an exceptional, consumer-grade partner experience
  • Responsible for preparing ongoing dashboards and recruiting scorecards
  • Provide ongoing recruiting reporting support on CEG and enterprise wide projects
  • Ensure data integrity for analysis
  • Build reporting structure/plan in ambiguous spaces
  • Working in a team environment and providing support to other team members


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability with OBI/Power BI Reporting Tools
  • Advanced Excel Reporting and Visualization ability including ability to write macros
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Tableau reporting
  • Should be able to work with large data sets and identify the trends / opportunity area and share recommendations
  • Prior experience in HR Reporting or Recruitment analytics preferred
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Oracle Taleo Analytics reporting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Tableau preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
