As Global Talent Director for Ecolab's Life Sciences Group, you will be pivotal to the deployment of Ecolab's talent processes, whilst also using their deep expertise in the life sciences sector to develop differentiated strategies for our businesses to attract, engage and grow industry best talent across broad talent segments and countries to deliver business growth. In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Global HR VP and be a key contributor on the Life Sciences Global HR Team.

Location and Travel Requirements: Based in King of Prussia, PA (hyrbid), you will travel within the U.S. and internationally several times a year, and attend regular international teleconferences across multiple time zones.

What You Will Do:
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and the global HR community to build and deploy an organization and talent strategy that creates a competitive advantage, enables continued growth, and drives measurable outcomes for both short and long-term talent needs
  • Develop and deploy:
    • strategic workforce plan across the businesses
    • go-to-market talent acquisition strategy, including campus recruitment program creation and management, and execution through a range of Talent Acquisition partners and locations
    • integrated diversity & inclusion talent acquisition and retention strategy
    • relationships with institutions and organizations to promote Ecolab Life Sciences employee brand awareness and access unique talent pools
    • competitor talent analysis
    • actions to close succession management gaps, and improve employee engagement
    • group wide career paths and competency frameworks
    • regularly monitor, analyze and communicate people-related data and trends to monitor strategy impact
  • Deploy and embed Ecolab enterprise talent tools and resources to drive actionable leader led outcomes to enable talent identification, engagement, career and succession planning and development outcomes to enable future leaders readiness
  • Partner with HRBP and learning and development teams to increase leadership and salesforce effectiveness to drive increased associate engagement, retention and development


Requirements
  • Bachelor's in business and/or human resources related discipline; Masters in OD, Organizational Psychology, HR or business strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise and direct experience in in the development and execution of talent management strategies, solutions, and programs spanning from attraction to retention with measurable business outcomes
  • Substantial experience working within the life sciences or related talent segments across a range of functions (commercial, supply chain, etc.), ideally with a Global or regional remit
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organization strategy
  • Strong communication and ability to influence without and get results in a matrixed organization
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work autonomously and deliver through HR business leaders and external partners
  • Comfort with ambiguity, thinking creatively about longer-term, sustainable solutions
  • Proven vendor management capability and networks
  • Experience leading a team preferred
