Duties include teaching lecture and/or lab sections, grading assignments, holding regular office hours, and participating in A&P teaching team trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

Candidates must have expertise in Anatomy & Physiology or a related field. Previous teaching experience preferred, but not necessary. Pre-employment background check is required.

Education Required:

Candidates that have earned a M.S. or Ph.D. degree are preferred. Candidates that have earned a B.S. degree and have laboratory teaching experience will be considered for laboratory. While formal pedagogy training is not expected, ideal candidates will practice a student-centered active learning approach to teaching in line with Jefferson University's Nexus Learning principals.
