Team introduction
The TikTok Live QA team has been focusing on the high quality and the best user experience of TikTok Live products. Our team uses advanced autotesting tools and comprehensive quality assurance methods to continuously control the delivery of products. We are looking for passionate senior SDET engineers and Tech Leaders to join this fast growing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the career development of a small to medium-sized engineering team.
- Develop and optimize test strategies and methodologies.
- Provide technical support to engineers on the team.
- Align with product and organizational objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to deliver key results.
- Define a long-term technical roadmap for the team.
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects within the product.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in mobile application testing and/or service development/testing.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a test team.
- Experience working with Java/Objective-C/Python/Golang.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with service automation, performance testing tools, or test platform development.
- Knowledge of Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, and Spark.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams.
