Technical Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue, profit and growth targets annually
- Identify and pursue new markets and opportunities
- Maintain meticulous records in our client's CRM system
- Conduct sales proposals, presentations and negotiations
- Travel regularly to customer sites for sales and relationship building
Technical Account Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Technical or Inside Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Material Science, Physics or equivalent
- Willingness to work hybrid position in Chicago office 3-5 times a week
- 25% monthly travel required
- Sales planning, forecasting, and strategic Account Management skills preferred
- Proficiency in product demonstration and group presentation preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience preferred
- Organized management of records in a CRM platform preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English Japanese bilingualism is advantageous
