Technical Instrument Support Representative

Technical Support Representative serves as the initial point of contact for assisting customers with our elemental analysis instrumentation. When a customer requires support, this individual engages with them via email, phone, and MS Teams to diagnose the issue. Depending on the complexity, they may resolve it over the phone by following a set of questions and procedures. Alternatively, they gather comprehensive details and devise a plan for a Technical Service or Field Service Engineer to address the matter.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of electromechanical experience
- Instrument repair or support
- Strong communication/customer service skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Troubleshooting experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associates/bachelors in Engineering Technology or equivalent
