Job Title: Technical Lead with Scrum Master

Job Summary

- We are seeking a Technical Lead and Scrum Master with a specialization as a Lead Architect in Technology boasting 12 to 14 years of experience.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Scrum Master, Data Build Tool, and Snowflake technologies and domain expertise in the Payer and Provider sectors.

- This role is pivotal in driving our technology architecture to new heights ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills

Technical Skills: Data Build Tool (DBT), Snowflake and CX-Scrum Master.

Technical Skills: Snowpipe, SQL, Snowflake Streams, Snowflake Tasks and Snowpark.

Roles/Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions in the healthcare payer and provider domains.

- Act as a Scrum Master guiding teams through the Agile process and ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

- Utilize Data Build Tools to manage and streamline data workflows enhancing project efficiency.

- Implement and optimize Snowflake solutions to handle large-scale data processing and analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business strategies.

- Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives adopting new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the industry.

- Provide technical mentorship to team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Oversee the documentation of all architectural designs and modifications.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and data security.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare technology space.

-Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Architect in technology projects.

- Strong expertise in CX-Scrum Master practices, Data Build Tool, and Snowflake technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare payer and provider domains.

- Excellent problem-solving analytical and technical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and domain areas.

Primary: Oakland - CA USA

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
