Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a position supporting a defense contractor. This position is hybrid , requiring at least 1 day per week onsite in Chantilly, VA. The individual will oversee software delivery and operations for high-profile client projects.

Responsibilities of the Technical PM:
- Manage client projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery that meets established requirements.
- Lead SDLC phases, including requirements development and quality assurance, and participate in change board meetings.
- Research system upgrades to assess feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with existing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to deliver high-quality software and services.
- Develop and update system documentation, including requirements, design, and risk management, and document system issues and resolutions.
Necessary Qualifications for the Technical PM:
- 10+ years leading complex software development, delivery, and operations.
- 3+ years experience as a software developer.
- Proficiency in leading both Agile and traditional SDLCs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certification: PMP and SCRUM Master are desired.
Compensation for the Technical PM:
- Salary: $125,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience)
