As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects using engineering knowledge. You will also plan requirements with internal customers and support projects through the project life-cycle. You will manage projects of various size and scope, identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical directions of programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage dependencies across workstreams, functions, and organizations while managing multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Drive and lead engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and track tasks to completion goals.
  • Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and implement solutions, including risk management and mitigation planning.
  • Partner with Engineering leads to understand and influence product direction and ensure execution matches.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and plans to leadership regularly.
