Technical Project Manager - INTL - India

A Fortune 100 client is needing a Technical Project Lead with knowledge and skills in SAP BW to join their Enterprise Data Management Operations team. The team that you would be joining is focused on ensuring on-time delivery for their large enterprise data warehouse migration from ECC to S4 and solving for end-to-end solutions as it pertains to their data warehouse environment. A successful Technical Team Lead will have some knowledge in a data warehouse implementations and understanding in how the data flows (i.e. SAP BOBJ, Azure Data Warehouse, or Teradata, etc.) to be able to work closely with technical team memebrs on their user stories. A successful candidate will need to know how to navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change. This role will require you to work in some project management capacity, drive meetings, and create stories in ADO, help with creating sprint planning sessions, and eliminate blockers for the development teams,. Project work is a blend of onshore and offshore developers so ability to manage time efficiently is key for success. This role is based in India and candidates will be expected to work eight hours across 11:00 am IST to 10:30 pm IST to help cover engagement with US teams.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of professional experience in technology
5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead in an enterprise level software release or legacy migration environment
Strong project management skills
Proficient in ADO
Technical and or functional expertise in SAP BW
Any functional knowledge in SAP OTC and RTR
Any experience in data warehouse migration projects and understanding how data flows - specifically Teradata and ADLS
Prior experience working in a Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or Cloud organization
Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS access)
Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud provider
Proactive in approach
Able to manage teams in dispersed geographic locations
Excellent written and oral communication

- SAFe Certified
- Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
