Technical Support Specialist

Working onsite at the Pantex Plant as a Technical Support Specialist supporting Consolidated Nuclear Security.

Required Skills & Experience

Q Clearance Required
- 2 years experience in Technical Support & associates degree
- Experience working with Active Directory ticketing system
- Experience troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues
- Ability to support VIP customers via phone, email, chat, remote sessions, or in person on the site with IT issues
- Experience with identifying possible cause of system performance and mitigation of issues or escalation as needed
- Great customer service
- Experience with query and documentation of IT incidents
