Job Description:

Administer and maintain AE Tableau Server including ongoing support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and other tasks to maintain system health, performance, and quality. Configure sites, users and permissions, projects, and data sources/connections to support Tableau users. Monitor server performance and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance and user experience. Collaborate with AE partners to facilitate building dashboards, and to support general Tableau-related business intelligence needs.

Required Skills:

• 2- 3 years of experience with Managing Vendor Performance through the creation of dashboards and analytic deliverables
• 2- 3 years of experience with Creating/manipulating data in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
• 2- 3 years of experience utilizing visualization tools for reporting, analysis and project management including but not limited to excel, visio, MS project, PowerPoint, etc.
• 2- 3 years of experience in cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership modeling
• 2- 3 years of experience performing requirements development and process modeling
• 2- 3 years of experience in developing process models and data flow diagrams using industry-standard modeling techniques
• 2- 3years of experience in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts
• 2- 3 years of experience with project coordination from inception to completion.

Preferred skills:

• 3 years of experience using Power BI and/or Tableau
• 3 years of experience using Maximo
• 3 years of experience with work management systems, creating/updating work orders, generating material orders, and working with asset management data sets for analytics, visualization, etc.
• 3 years of experience maintaining databases for various tracking of documentation for coordination of electrical construction projects.
• 3 years of experience reviewing electrical prints for accuracy to improve construction coordination.
• 3 years of experience cataloguing, interpreting, reporting on and visualizing field inspection data for use in operation.
• 3 years of experience with project coordination of utility distribution projects from inception to completion.
