Summary:
The Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of technology products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing end user clients, value added resellers and distributors to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate technology products and services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Must live close to a major airport.
