Technology Solutions & Support Analyst 4

S upport the day to day operations of the local facility; including ticket resolution, hardware break/fix, production operations support and end user technologies. Work on projects and initiatives supporting revenue generating efforts and New Day t ransformation. Maintain IT asset inventories and ensure compliance with company IT standards and best practices.

• Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems. Including general, Call Center, production and manufacturing based systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance through Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues. Responsible for documenting and managing the incident according to incident management processes and procedures

• Monitor and facilitate incident resolution for core business applications
• Install, move, add, and/or change hardware and software
• Participate in and/or manage small to medium size projects as well as testing and evaluation of new hardware and software

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Expereince: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or high school diploma and 7 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education and Expereince:Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in technology support

Field of study: Computer Science, Information Systems

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
