SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Telehealth Program Assistant's primary purpose is to serve the health care system for virtual care needs. This role will be supportive of patient safety, quality metrics, rules/regulations, and policies and procedures. Must be technology savvy and be pleasant and customer service driven.
