Under general direction of the Homekey Section Chief (Staff Services Manager II). of the Program Design and Implementation (PDI) Unit of the Division of State Financial Assistance (DSFA), the incumbent serves as a high-level technical expert and advisor that conducts research, assessment of housing needs, collection and analysis of programmatic and housing data and development and implementation of program policy, regulations and program guidelines within the policy areas of homelessness and affordable housing finance for consideration by DSFA management and HCD's executive staff.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
