Teller Lead 1 requires:

• Cash handling experience.
• Bank teller

Teller Lead 1 duties:

• Most merchants utilize this branch with large cash deposits that need to be verified.
  Very busy branch, flexible schedule each week based on branch needs, hours may vary per day.
• Respond to client inquiries
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services, and process bank transactions while adhering to service standards.
• Responds to client inquiries on the telephone or in person, and either solves customer problems on their own or escalates problems to his/her supervisor for resolution while adhering to client privacy and confidentiality guidelines
