Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Program Assistant - Law School. This position's schedule is hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote. Onsite days will be required for special events or departmental needs).

Temporary Job Description:

Job Summary & Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with excel, outlook, and other data management programs.
  • Customer service (i.e. answering phones and responding to emails in our general email inbox)
  • Event support (i.e. mailing of event materials, creating nametags, taking RSVPs, staffing event registration, etc.)
  • Smartsheets, NU Financials, & CATracks systems experience preferred
