This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:
- Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers
- Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience, a plus
- Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial
- Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience
- Demonstrated project and program management experience:organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables
- In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
- In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
- In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
- In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
