Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to help with a Windows 11 refresh. This candidate will be hands-on with hardware troubleshooting, talking with end u , responding to ticketing system, and documenting tickets. This position will oversee end u and performing PC, Laptop, and software refreshes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a "hands on" environment doing software and hardware installations, configuring Windows PC equipment, and providing level 2 and 3 troubleshooting. They will be responsible for deployment and disposal by tracking inventory and assets, installing, and configuring systems. The candidate is expected to refresh 200 machines a week, with about 14 machines a day per technician, and a total of 2,000 new windows 11 workstations completed by December. As there is some customer service, strong communication skills are essential to the role.

Required Skills & Experience
* HS Diploma or Equivelent
* 1-2 years IT Desktop Support experience
* Experience with end u , basic hardware troubleshooting, ticketing, imaging experience using SCCM, Autopilot, and Active Directory
* Great personality and willingness to learn
* Exceptional communication/customer service skills and the ability to solve problems when interacting with customers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Healthcare experience
* Exposure to enterID, Azure, intune
