Insight Global is seeking a Tier 1-2 Technician for an IT client based in Richmond, VA. The PC Support Technician is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end u computer and networking problems to ensure end user productivity. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and recovery actions either remotely or at the end user location to resolve problems by using analysis and technical skills. The IT Technician maintains accurate information and data regarding end user problems within the companys tracking system.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years experience within the IT industry
Microsoft Certified Professional preferred
Network router, switches and firewalls a plus

VoIP phone systems
Functional knowledge of PC technologies and networks
