IT Architectural Engineering Services:
LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for an IT Architectural Engineering Services to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural and technical designs for IT infrastructure systems or solutions that are operate innon-traditional government IT practices, incorporating the new models for IT practices as issued OMB directive M-22-09 (Moving the U.S. Government Toward Zero Trust Cybersecurity Principles).
    Create guidance and strategies to build architectures for MHS/DHA systems.
    Focuson SAS (Software as a Service) cloud model over the other cloud models IAS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PAS (Platforms as a Service).
  • Perform Technical Architecture activities including: implementing standard architectural practices; ensuring the interoperability of business practices, systems, resources and technologies; ensure engineering activities contain sufficient documentation to integrate into the DHA Enterprise Architecture.
  • Technical Skills and Experience: Power Platform, SailPoint, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Radiant Logic, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Smart Card, CyberArk, PIM/PAM, Zero Trust, Data Security, FIDO2, MFA, SAS (Software As Service) and Intune experience.
  • Engineer and develop solutions, concepts and workflows in Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID.
    Develop, engineer, architect an ICAM from the ground up. Moving from a perimeter defensive posture to an identity-centric world.
    Validate technical requirements adherent to functional requirements captured in requirements worksheet (RW) provided by MHS/DHA sources or gathered during Governance.
  • Manage technical requirement artifacts through the service design and engineering phases of the project life cycle.
  • Coordination to review and provide input to the Initial Request Analysis Meeting (iRAM) and Request Analysis Meeting (RAM) through the Customer Request Review Team (CRRT) initial Customer Request Management (CRM) approval process, including for project funding, requirements, and timelines.
  • Receive RW packages from MHS/DHA sources; develop functional requirements; coordinate functional requirements validation; and initiate feasibility assessment studies.
  • Identify and assign business analyst resources to support Requirements Worksheets (RW) review and validation for CRM assessments.
  • Review and provide input to incoming project's configuration and architecture documentation received from engineering. Verify an incoming solution's architectural and technical designs for IT infrastructure systems or solutions to ensure they meet identified functional and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate technical options selection process in coordination with the MHS/DHA liaison, customer, and applicable SMEs.
  • Assemble technical requirements team, to include relevant engineering SMEs and Information Assurance (IA) representatives to support development of technical requirements documents as part of the program, project, or service request. Identify and remediate process gaps.
  • Leverage functional requirements gathered during Governance, iRAMs or by POB along with technical expertise and SME consults to develop technical requirements of sufficient detail and specificity to support solutions engineering effort.
  • Develop a Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), in coordination with the applicable DHA office that defines technical, operational, and programmatic needs, and associated test criteria and methods to ensure requirements are testable.
  • Review and recommend approval/disapproval/modification(s) of documentation received from engineering and other SMEs.
  • Manage evolution and refinement of technical requirements throughout the project life cycle according to the project management plan.
  • Provide technical requirements input for acquisition activities as identified by MHS/DHA.
  • Design and deliver DoD Architecture Framework documents and artifacts.
  • As applicable, incorporate/integrate architectural and technical designs into the existing Production Environments.
  • Provide field re-architecting and re-engineering of products to meet the real-time needs of the MTF.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and industry partners on architectural, engineering, and remediation efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Good communications skills: be able to explain, document and justify new technologies and its impact on security, mission and end-users on the network to management and leadership.
  • A minimum of an IAT Level II Certification required to Start.
  • IAT III Required within 6 Months of Star Date.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation in order to obtain a NACLC Public Trust
  • NACLC & DHA CAC Required to Start
