TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics team is seeking an experienced Carrier Relationship Manager. In this role you will play a pivotal role within the Transportation Operations Team, focusing on developing strategic alliances with transportation carriers to enhance the overall logistics network's efficiency and reliability. This role is instrumental in ensuring the TikTok Shop not only maintains high standards of delivery but also fosters innovation and strategic growth in partnerships with our carriers.

Responsibilities:
- Forge and deepen strategic partnerships with key carriers, focusing on collaborative efforts to drive mutual growth and long-term success.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with carriers, ensuring terms that support competitive rates, service excellence, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of joint projects with carriers, aimed at exploring new services and optimization, enhancing technological integration, and creating innovative logistics solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management and decision-makers within logistics providers, fostering an environment of mutual trust and strategic alignment.
- Initiate and lead new initiatives that align with emerging logistics trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities, ensuring that TTS and its carrier partners remain at the forefront of the logistics industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal divisions, such as Transportation Operations, Fulfillment Center Operations, Logistics Solutions and Cross Border Logistics, to ensure that carrier capabilities are effectively integrated into TTS's broader logistics strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in carrier management, logistics, or supply chain management or equivalent, with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory challenges.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic projects and initiatives with carriers, including technological integration and market expansion.
- Advanced knowledge of contractual agreements and the legal aspects of carrier management.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management within logistics providers.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
