Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As the Technical Writer, you will be part of a team consisting of policy managers, investigation ops, and program managers to drive cross-functional collaboration in the design and management of projects to ensure balance between growth and sustainability of the platform in each market.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for technical writing and developing high-quality, user-centered standard operating procedures to ensure our policies and associated requirements are clear and concise.
- Create, publish, and maintain policy and procedure information on internal channels with leaders and stakeholders.
- Interact with stakeholders, including policy owners, legal and business teams to refine content in adherence with standards.
- Set standards for content creation and engage with Product Management team to create and improve policy accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously refine and iterate policy-related materials based on accuracy and efficiency metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in strategies and operations to develop effective training materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist.
- Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams.
- Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop strategy.
- Experience working in public policy in consumer-facing, technology or logistics field.
- Excels in fast-paced, high-pressure situations and thrives on the energy of dynamic work settings.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant policy development experience, e.g. within corporate governance functions.
