TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking an experienced Transportation Solution Manager. The Transportation Solutions division is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage carrier capability programs to enhance and maintain carrier performance standards.
2. Lead the assessment and onboarding of new carriers, as well as revisiting existing ones, to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.
3. Coordinate with carriers to implement best practices and innovative solutions for transportation challenges.
4. Monitor and analyze carrier performance metrics to ensure each carrier meets performance requirements.
5. Work closely with the product team to align transportation solutions with business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 3 years in transportation, return process management, or customer experience roles within a logistics framework.
3. Strong Project Management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
2. Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
