TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking an experienced Transportation Solution Manager. The Transportation Solutions division is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Program Management: Lead and manage middle mile transportation programs from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
2. Middle Mile Solutions and Strategy: Design and detail the solutions to uphold the customer return experience, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
3. Best Practices Implementation: Coordinate with carriers to implement best practices and innovative solutions for transportation challenges.
4. Operations & Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance efficiency within the transportation network.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in transportation, return process management, or customer experience roles within a logistics framework, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
3. PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
2. Analytics tools.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex logistics scenarios.
