TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Transportation Solutions & Global Selling Lead to develop transportation strategies, manage carrier relationships, and drive global sales initiatives to support TikTok's logistics and business growth objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop innovative transportation solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic selling efforts worldwide.

Responsibilities:
1. Program Management: Lead and manage transportation programs from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
2. Transportation Solutions and Strategy: Develop and implement customer-centric transportation solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance customer experience.
3. Operations & Process Improvement: Identify and drive operational and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the transportation network.
4. Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of advanced transportation technologies to enhance operational capabilities and drive innovation
5. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transportation solutions team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
6. Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize transportation solutions within the broader logistics network.
7. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success and efficiency of transportation solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in transportation, return process management, or customer experience roles within a logistics framework, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
3. Program and Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage resources, and deliver results on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
2. Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
3. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
