TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of order fulfillment processes. This role involves managing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and leading a team to maintain high standards of fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for fulfillment operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify and address any quality issues or discrepancies in the fulfillment process.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of quality control inspectors and associates.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control standards and procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the team.
3. Process Improvement:
- Analyze fulfillment processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust as necessary.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control inspections, audits, and findings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality control metrics and performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
- Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve any fulfillment-related customer complaints or issues.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in quality control, fulfillment, or operations management or related skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
