TikTok Shop's Supply Chain and Logistics Team is seeking a Quality Control Manager (Outbound). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the outbound operations processes. This role involves managing quality control procedures, collaborating with different cross functional teams to implement processes improvements and conducting inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the inspection of outbound products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
-Develop and enhance quality control processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outbound operations.
-Collect and analyze data on outbound product quality, generating reports and identifying areas for improvement.
-Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly, coordinating with other departments to prevent reoccurrence.
-Monitor customer feedback and returns to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements for outbound products.
-Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of outbound operations using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
-Utilize quality control technologies to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency in the outbound process.
-Ensure the quality of outbound products meets or exceeds customer expectations, contributing to overall satisfaction and reducing return rates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in quality control, fulfillment, or operations management or related skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
