TikTok Shop's Supply Chain and Logistics Team is seeking a Quality Control Manager (Inbound). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the inbound operations processes. This role involves managing quality control procedures, collaborating with different cross functional teams to implement processes improvements and conducting inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee inspection of inbound operations for damage, correct quantities, and compliance with quality standards.
-Create and improve quality control processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Analyze quality data, generate reports, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, conduct audits, and develop corrective action plans.
-Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
-Resolve quality-related issues, coordinating with procurement and inventory management.
-Lead projects to enhance quality and efficiency using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
-Utilize quality control technologies and software to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency.
-Ensure inbound product quality meets customer expectations, supporting overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in quality control, fulfillment, or operations management or related skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
