Responsibilities:
- Combined with the business requirements for product growth, allocate and manage product traffic, and improve the growth path for merchants in the Shopping Center. Drive the traffic-side and scenario-side related developments to enhance the operational efficiency of merchants in the Shopping Center.
- Develop strategies for Shopping Center products and merchants, and promote product optimization on the merchant side based on business objectives to improve the efficiency of merchant participation in Shopping Center activities.
- Build relevant tools for marketplace operations to enhance the operational efficiency of the platform.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of strategy, product, product operations experience at ecommerce companies.
- Excellent business sense and analytical skills, and product driven capabilities. Experience in merchant tools, price comparison and traffic allocation strategy.
- Strong communication skills and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong ownership mentality and desire to work closely with supply teams - take proactive initiative to identify business challenges, analyze problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions; demonstrate motivated self-starter attitude focused on continuous improvement.
