Team Overview
TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review, and participation. We are looking for passionate analysts to drive the growth for TikTok Shop's newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.

TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns and flash sales), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase, and LIVEs), as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects to launch strategies for the Food Beverage& Health industry and deliver business impacts on long-term GMV growth, profitability improvement, and platform efficiency.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot projects and identify further improvements.
- Conduct data analysis and competitor benchmarking, taking a hypothesis-driven approach to address business challenges.
- Identify new growth opportunities and initiate projects with structured business cases.
- Partner with product and tech teams across domains to create scalable processes.
- Growth opportunity to act as an interim functional lead when the business needs it, with a path to move to a specific business function in US e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience at one of the following preferred: tech startup market launcher, e-commerce platform strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate business strategy, investment banking, or venture capitalism.
- Extensive project strategy experience with a proven track record of deep-diving into research and analysis of issues; demonstrated ability to suggest and execute solutions that drive business results.
- An adventurer by heart, with startup spirit and co-founder mentality; entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in startups and technology, displayed through deep knowledge and experience building or strategizing a new business venture.
- Structured thinking with a high degree of comfort with numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data.
