TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our supply chain team as a Network Planning, Inventory, and Topology Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain network, managing inventory levels effectively, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our network topology. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to drive continuous improvement and deliver superior results.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current supply chain network structure and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance network efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations to align network planning initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop inventory strategies that balance the need for product availability with the goal of minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Implement inventory control processes and systems to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance with inventory management best practices.
- Identify opportunities for inventory optimization through techniques such as demand forecasting, ABC analysis, and inventory segmentation.
- Analyze network topology to identify potential bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to address disruptions or changes in network topology.
- Implement continuous monitoring and auditing processes to ensure the integrity and resilience of the supply chain network topology.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, network planning, or inventory management roles or equivalent.
- Proficiency in supply chain modeling and optimization tools (e.g., network design software, inventory optimization software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced degree preferred.
