Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Five (5) years of full-time wage earning experience in sourcing and recruiting for rehabilitation/treatment services to youth or adults in a residential setting, treatment, or correctional program (e.g., correctional officer, case manager, counselor, probation, or parole officer), or human resources managerial position which included the oversight of recruitment, selection, and hiring.
Required:
• A valid Driver License.
Preferred:
• Recruiting experience.
Experience and Education Substitutions:
• Completed undergraduate course hours may be substituted for up to one year of experience, on a basis of 30 completed undergraduate course hours for one year of experience.
• Experience requirements may be satisfied by the prorated part-time equivalent.
Note: Any degree, diploma, high school equivalent, or course hours required to meet minimum qualifications must be obtained from an accredited educational institution.
Requirements for Continued Employment:
• Failure to maintain required licensure will result in termination of employment.
