A client in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Business Analyst to support a federal project. Candidates will participate in requirements gathering, analysis, planning, and organization of system documentation. Candidates will be required to provide recommendations to team and customer around process improvement, reengineering, and modernization of projects. Lastly - candidates will be required to provide data modeling, develop business plans/methods, identify best practices, and create performance measurements along with participation in customer/team scrum meetings.

Candidates must have a Top Secret Clearance with the ability to earn SCI. This is a fully onsite position 5 days a week - no opportunity for remote

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SDLC/Software Development environment
- Experience documenting business processes, software development requirements, documentation and analysis of any automatic data processing
- BA degree is strongly preferred
