The Training Specialist is primarily responsible for training all users on the practice management systems and other various systems associated with the successful operation of Patient Access and Patient Accounting functions. The Training Specialist will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of operational systems of these environments.

Position Requirements

Associates degree and 2 years or more of experience in Education or Medical Office. Skills required: Ability to understand the broad concepts of the A/R system and organize presentations that impart the details of separate facets of the system and their interrelations. Experience in the use of the computer software such as Microsoft products, and AV equipment.

Preferred Requirements

Bachelors degree and 5 years or more of experience in educating adults and experience in medical office setting. Microsoft Office plus Visio.
