Job Summary

The Treasury Management Sales Specialist will be responsible for marketing, managing and educating on the entire set of Deposit and Treasury Management product offerings. The incumbent will have individual goals to enhance the Bank's depository and treasury management business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Support

Demonstrates mastery level proficiency in all Depository and Treasury Management product

Assists in the development and execution of client onboarding and implementation, sales presentations, RFPs, Client Annual Reviews, Client Risk Assessments, and TM Analytics;

Participates in joint and independent sales calling efforts for the Treasury Management Sales Team in order to recommend additional solutions and cross-sell product

Consults with existing and prospective clients, by phone and in person, to learn their business and serve as an additional sales resource in the absence of the RM and/or TM Sales representative

• Product Marketing

Oversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management product

Performs periodic Marketing / Sales campaign

Provides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective client

• Product Management

Provides detailed analytics on depository and TM product

Develops and maintains effective relationships with product vendor

Provides technical support for complex Deposit and Treasury Management sales calling effort

Effectively manages operational risk and compliance

• Other responsibilities including but not limited to:

Facilitates new processes, tools, communications and training to ensure the bank's succe

Acts as a brand ambassador for TriState with every prospect

Maintains and manages a system to effectively track and report on pipeline and sales initiative

Assists in developing sales processes, procedures, and departmental goals and initiating strategies that will improve team result

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

Education/Previous Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years of combined sales and depository / treasury management experience.
