This position is willing to pay anywhere from $44,000-$62,000 depending on experience.
Youll be one of the first to welcome unaccompanied refugee and immigrant children when they arrive
in our program, helping them feelsafe and assessing their needs. Youll join a committed team that
takes action, providing exceptional care and helping children reunite with their family.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Facilitating safe reunifications with sponsors or family members across the U.S.
Coordinating services to meet the needs of the child and foster families while in care.
Coordinating community referrals to support children after release to sponsors.
Attending trainings, meetings, and supervision sessions to equip you in your role.
Preparing reports and required documentation based on your assessments.

Required Skills & Experience
This position requires a bachelors degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social
services field of study from an accredited college.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Prior experience working with children and families from diverse cultures, with sensitivity to
cultural differences and norms strongly preferred.
Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions.
Valid drivers license and a reliable automobile with proof of adequate insurance coverage.
Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.
Documentation of immunity to vaccine preventable diseases, willingness to receive vaccinations, or seeking an exemption.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
