Prime Video is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented US Brand Marketing Lead, a strategic creative visionary with a passion for bringing a brand to life across all internal and consumer touchpoints, overseeing high impact marketing campaigns that reach millions of customers. You will be accountable for driving consumer campaigns that develop and deepen engagement with Prime Video customers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bar-raising brand marketing, strong organization and creative direction skills and substantial experience working with research, media & brand agencies and creative partners.
As a leader, you will own the marketing development of integrated communication plans. This includes leading a team of marketing stakeholders that work on individual projects. You will be accountable for driving quality assurance from briefing to go-to-market planning of 360-degree campaigns and rallying cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. creative, O&O, product, paid media, production and programming) across Amazon. As the US Brand Marketing Lead, you will have a proven track record for driving results, working autonomously to set roadmaps and goal tracking and have substantial experience working with industry partners. You will possess a blended balance of strategist, brand builder, creative instinct / acumen, project manager and analyst. Relationship building will be necessary as the work is highly visible and requires strong partnership with cross-divisional teams.
Key job responsibilities
• \tOwn go-to-market strategy and lead 360 degree marketing plans for Prime Video brand initiatives, including creation of marketing briefs, approach and final GTM recaps.
• \tWork collaboratively with various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure overall campaign success by driving a centralized perspective and adherence to brief.
• \tAct as a leader and "catalyst" who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans, eliminating barriers and obtaining buy-in at scale.
• \tDive deep into marketing performance and audience insights to uncover durable learnings that improve performance over time.
• \tPresent to senior leadership regularly on key metrics and progress to goals.
• \tPartner with different Amazon creative marketing teams (e.g. Sports, Prime, Originals) to develop complementary creative campaigns and jointly inspire customers, engage fans and drive continued streaming engagement.
• \tBring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale.
• \tCultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, executive producers, external studios and other relevant global stakeholders.
• \tHire and develop talent to support your efforts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience leading across full range of marketing disciplines
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience working with executive leadership in large organizations
- 5+ years of branding / entertainment brand experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience cultivating positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, executive producers, external studios and other relevant stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
