Our Digital team is seeking an Analytics Lead to support our US Consumer Sales team. In this role, you will optimize productivity and maximize the output of this multi-billion dollar business by analyzing performance and identifying tangible opportunities for Apple's eCommerce business at the largest Consumer Electronics retailers in the United States. You will partner closely with our US Consumer Targeting, Customer Experience (CX), Sales, and Finance teams to ensure data and analytics enable high-quality campaigns insights, optimize customer experience, and drive sales decisions across product categories and channel partners. Using your forward-thinking influence, collaboration, and problem solving skills, you will make an impact on Apple's US Consumer business for years to come.



Description
In this role, you will:

- Develop a best-in-class reporting and benchmarking framework for Apple's US Consumer digital business, working to identify and procure necessary data sources to round out the holistic picture of our digital performance, then manage and improve that framework on a weekly/quarterly basis.
- Share CX and Campaigns trends, recommendations, strategies across teams to grow sales
- Support the development and testing of strategic initiatives and playbooks, influencing digital strategy through data.
- Enable the sales team to effectively use available tools, metrics, benchmarks, and best practices to meet and exceed growth goals.
- Coordinate and drive large cross-functional business reviews to assess the state of our digital business, share opportunities across teams, and solicit leadership feedback on strategic direction.
- Research and evaluate business opportunities, audiences, competition to build custom, data driven digital campaigns plans
- Create detailed reports focusing on key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, search keywords, customer journey, campaign ROI
- Highlight timelines to maximize each LOB for marketing campaigns
- Recommend campaigns budget allocation to create cost effective strategies
