We're on the lookout for a versatile UX Designer who can take a concept from its initial stages to final execution. This individual should be adept at sketching out ideas, grasping how they fit into the broader experience, and driving the project to final delivery. In addition to producing tangible results, this designer will craft a design rationale grounded in user feedback to articulate their decisions and facilitate alignment on solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with all members of the UX Team (Research, Design, A/B Testing) and reports directly to the UX Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Simplifying the complex by distilling intricate processes into compelling experiences that drive business value
- Develop detailed wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and clickable prototypes
- Create and develop visual documentation to aid Product and Engineering collaborations
- Create clear, persuasive visual storytelling artifacts to socialize and sell ideas
- Work with cross-functional teams to craft comprehensive digital experiences
- Engage in tight collaboration across the UX team (Research, Design, A/B Testing)
- 3-5 years of experience in UX or Interaction Design
- Showcase portfolio featuring sketches, workflows, interactions, and final designs
- Education and/or work experience in User Experience Design or Human Computer Interaction
- Proficient in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (Aria, WCAG)
- Skilled in Responsive Web Design
- Experience developing innovative design solutions
- Experience with design systems
- Highly adaptable with a passion for learning
- Collaborate closely with fellow UX team members
- Thoughtfully articulate design decisions and rationale
- Educate others on UX best practices
- Proficient in Agile software methodologies
- Familiarity with Lean UX principles
- Experience with retail ecommerce is a plus
- Expertise in organizing, planning, prioritizing work
- Manage conflicting projects and handle multiple tasks/deliverables concurrently
