Insight Global is looking to hire a VP of Sales. This person will be working fully remote but will be required to travel up to 50% of the time. This person will also be working with sales teams nationally and internationally in terms of identifying to accounts, building sales programs and coming up with company-wide initiatives. Other responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams to meet and exceed targets, overseeing all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, negotiating contracts with clients, and managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in a sales type role

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights

Strong background in the utility industry

Experience working with teams nationally and managing a diverse sales team

Familiarity with different sales methodologies and techniques

Ability to travel 40% of the time
