Apple's Wireless System Engineering team is looking for an engineer to work on radiated system characterization/algorithm validation across different cellular technologies for Apple's wireless products and collaborate with cross functional teams.



Description
- Validating OTA Cellular test cases for different carrier/industry conformance requirements in certification test setups.
- Translating industry conformance/ regulatory/ carrier specification requirements into test cases. Coordinating with regulatory compliance/ carrier management teams to ensure product validation covers all certification/performance tests.
- Define/execute validation plan for custom SW features
- Debugging marginal/failure tests with cross-functional teams like RFHW /Antenna/ Product Design/EE/etc. and drive design changes to address issues
- Maintain test setups via periodic checks, calibration, etc.
- Drive planning/executing on final radiated certification testing at 3rd party test labs for PTCRB/CTIA testing.
