Required Skills & Experience

* Hands-on configuration with Workday HCM/Core preferred, more experience the better

* Experience with data conversion/extraction

* Experience with Workday HCM implementations in global organization & countries

* Disciplined project management approach and organizational skills

* Ability to influence stakeholders

* Communicate and deliver information effectively in multiple venues to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
